In 2004, Andrea Mackris filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against Bill O'Reilly.  Transcripts of phone sex conversations were in the suit.  O'Reilly settled with Mackris for an undisclosed sum, reportedly between $4 and $10 million.

While the loofah and falafel were a surprise to many, Bill has been telegraphing his lurid fantasies for years right on his show.
