Once again, the Republican Party has taken something way out of context, and is now trying to claim that President Obama and the Democrats want to give Guantanamo Bay detainees welfare to come live in America. Not only are they wrong about the proposal, but they've apparently forgotten about the fact that only 2 inmates have been prosecuted, dozens have been released without being charges (but after being tortured) and we destroyed their lives.
