RUDY GIULIANI: Uh, my, uh proposal for the border is a physical fence where, uh, feasible, but mostly a technological fence. Because the technological fence is the more important one because its the one that gives you the equipment that alerts you that people are approaching the border and allows the border patrol to be there on time. The physical fence works in certain areas, it doesnt work in others. So it was not in any way to say anything different, but probably was just a shorthand trying to get to the one thats more important.
