Just minutes after President Bush vetoed the Democrats Iraq spending bill because he objected to a withdrawal date, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi shot back and took issue with Bush's inconsistent logic. It was George W. Bush who, back in 1999, called on President Clinton to implement a timetable for U.S. withdrawal from Kosovo.
