Center for American Progress Director of Tax & Budget Policy Dr John Irons joined CNBC to discuss the impact of Congress considering ending tax perks for some high paid corporate executives. Congressional leaders are looking for ways to offset more than $8 billion for tax relief. Proposals include capping the amount of compensation high earning executives can defer and halting deduction of fines and legal settlements.
