Jeremy Scahill talks about his experience running into Blackwater personnel on the streets of New Orleans immediately following Hurricane Katrina, as well as the implications of using private contractors in domestic emergencies: "At one point Blackwater had 600 men deployed down there ... one was complaining to me that there was not enough action down here ... when I got Blackwater's contracts from the department of homeland security, it turns out Blackwater billed U.S. tax payers $950 per man per day in the Hurricane zone."
